1. About AB Ohooj
AB Ohooj is a Swedish company based in Västra Frölunda. Our registered address is BEATRICE LESSLIES GATA 12, 421 31 Västra Frölunda. Organization number: 559489-3496.

2. Order
Once you have placed an order, we will send an order confirmation to the email address you provided. The order confirmation contains all relevant information about your products, prices, and billing and delivery details.
If you discover any errors in the order confirmation, please contact us immediately at skepp@ohooj.se.
3. Prices and VAT
All prices on our website are stated in Swedish Kronor (SEK) and include 25% VAT.
We reserve the right to adjust prices due to changes from our suppliers, any printing errors, or incorrect information on our website. The price stated at the time of ordering is valid for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed or stated in special campaigns.
4. Payment Terms
We offer several payment options via Klarna to make it easy and secure for you to shop with us. When making a purchase, you can choose to pay by:
– Card payment, invoice, or partial payment
When paying by invoice, this is handled through Klarna. You will receive your invoice by email and have 14 days to pay after your order has been shipped.
We use Klarna, and it's important to understand that borrowing money costs money!
If you cannot
repay your debt to Klarna on time, you risk a payment default. This can lead
to difficulties in renting accommodation, signing up for subscriptions, and obtaining new loans. For
support, contact budget and debt counseling in your municipality. Contact details

5. Delivery
We ship your order from our warehouse in Gothenburg within 0-3 business days of placing the order, and our deliveries are always made with Schenker. You will therefore usually receive your order delivered to your agent within 3-5 business days. Public holidays are not included in the delivery time. Orders placed during weekends will be shipped at the earliest on the following business day.

6. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with the Distance Contracts Act. However, we offer an extended right of withdrawal of 30 days to ensure you feel secure with your purchase.
6.1 How to exercise your right of withdrawal:
To cancel your purchase, send a message to skepp@ohooj.se. Include your order number and the items you wish to return.
You need to return the products to us within 14 days after notifying us that you wish to cancel the purchase. We cover the return shipping cost, and the goods must be returned in their original condition and well-packaged. For damaged or used goods, we may deduct an amount corresponding to the depreciation in value.
6.2 Limitations on the right of withdrawal:
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
– Goods that have been sealed for health or hygiene reasons, and where the seal has been broken.
The right of withdrawal therefore does not apply to goods that have been used, if seals have been broken, or for products that are otherwise exempt under the Distance Contracts Act.
Return and Complaint Process
1. Contact us: Send an email to skepp@ohooj.se within 14 days of receiving the item if you wish to return or complain about the product. State your order number and the reason for the return/complaint.
2. Package the product: The product must be returned in its original packaging and be in the same condition as when you received it. For complaints, you must also include a description of the defect and, if possible, images.
3. Free Return: For returns or complaints, we cover the return shipping cost. We will send you a return shipping label that you can use to send the product back free of charge.
4. Refund: For approved returns or complaints, we will refund you within 14 days of receiving and processing the item.
7. Complaints and Claims
We always check the products before they are sent to you, but if you receive a faulty or damaged product, we will rectify the error free of charge in accordance with consumer protection law.
Always contact us before returning a defective item. Send your complaint to skepp@ohooj.se with your order number and a description of the problem.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for indirect damages that may arise due to the product. We are also not responsible for delays or problems caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, labor disputes, or government decisions.
