Ultraflex C2 control cables are high-quality, flexible, and strong cables developed to withstand harsh marine environments. They feature an outer casing that is resistant to saltwater, UV radiation, and chemicals, and the cables are also completely maintenance-free. With stainless steel end fittings and a stroke length of 87 mm, the C2 series offers both durability and performance. The cables are compatible with most engines on the market, with the exception of BRP/OMC (Evinrude/Johnson) and Mercury/Mariner, where complementary connections may sometimes be required. They are ideal for standard installations, but for more demanding installations with many bends or longer lengths, the even higher-performance Ultraflex MACHZero cable is recommended. Ultraflex C2 cables replace several older models such as Teleflex CC330, CC3300, CC313, 33C, 290793, and F3003, and are also available in a heavy-duty version: Ultraflex C8. The minimum recommended bending radius is 200 mm, which facilitates routing even in confined spaces. Cable length is measured from end to end and rounded up to the nearest whole foot. Available lengths range from 1.53 m (5 ft) to 5.19 m (17 ft), covering most needs in recreational and commercial boats.
